1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ANVO regarding your use of our AI-powered call analytics platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

ANVO provides AI-powered call analytics software designed specifically for debt collection agencies and financial services companies. Our services include:

  • Real-time and batch analysis of customer service and collection calls
  • FDCPA and regulatory compliance monitoring and reporting
  • Performance analytics and coaching insights
  • Call transcription and conversation intelligence
  • Integration capabilities with existing phone systems and CRM platforms
  • Custom reporting and dashboard functionality

3. Account Registration and Access

3.1 Account Requirements

To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Authorized Users

You may grant access to authorized employees within your organization. You are responsible for ensuring all users comply with these Terms and applicable laws. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use ANVO solely for legitimate business purposes related to debt collection, customer service, and compliance monitoring activities. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
  • Violate any applicable consumer protection laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary algorithms
  • Share access credentials or allow unauthorized third-party access
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or security measures
  • Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Use our services to harass, abuse, or discriminate against individuals

5. Data Processing and Ownership

5.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all call recordings, customer data, and business information you provide to ANVO. We process this data solely to provide our analytics services as outlined in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

5.2 Compliance Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have proper legal authority to record calls and process customer data. You must comply with all applicable consent requirements, including one-party or two-party consent laws as applicable in your jurisdiction.

5.3 Data Accuracy

While ANVO provides highly accurate AI-powered analysis, you acknowledge that no automated system is 100% accurate. You remain responsible for final compliance decisions and should use our analytics as a tool to support, not replace, human judgment.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Fees and Billing

Service fees are based on your selected plan and usage levels as outlined in your service agreement. Fees are billed monthly or annually as specified in your contract and are due within 30 days of invoice date.

6.2 Late Payments

Late payments may result in service suspension after a 10-day grace period. A late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue balances. You remain responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees.

7. Service Level and Support

7.1 Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our core services, excluding scheduled maintenance periods. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance whenever possible.

7.2 Support

Technical support is available during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM ET, Monday through Friday). Emergency support for critical issues is available 24/7 for enterprise customers.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our IP

ANVO and all related technology, algorithms, software, and documentation are our proprietary intellectual property. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services solely as outlined herein.

8.2 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide regarding our services become our property and may be used to enhance our platform without compensation or attribution.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANVO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to ANVO in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time with 30 days written notice. You remain responsible for all fees incurred through the end of your billing period.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate your access immediately for material breach of these Terms, non-payment of fees after the cure period, or if your use of our services poses a security risk or legal liability.

10.3 Data Retrieval

Upon termination, you have 90 days to retrieve your data. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our standard data retention policies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [City, State].
